Was initially Edgar Samaniego Seriously Shot By a New York City Police Officer During His Scuffle With Police?

A judge had not been happy with the offer and bought Edgar to pay full restitution towards the victims.

On August twenty-first, two adult men were discovered dead in the Motel 6 Motel Place.
